The Investiture Ceremony to induct the new Primary Student Council for the year 2019-2020 was held on the 1st  of March.

The ceremony began with the Student Council walking in procession holding diyas, which they placed in front of a framed picture of the school patron , St. Aloysius.

There was a prayer service asking for God’s blessings on the Student Council followed by the placing of the flags on the flag stand.

The Student Council then came forward to receive the badge and sash, after which they each took the oath. The Head Girl and Asst. Head Girl received the badge and sash from the Head Mistress , Sr. Angela.Then the four House Prefects and the Asst. House Prefects received the badge and sash from the respective House Mistresses.

Sr. Angela then spoke to the new Student Council and told them to always remember to be responsible , sincere and honest in their duties and that the key to leadership is to lead with love. And this was exactly what the backdrop , prepared by Mrs. Sneha said–“LEADERSHIP………….TO LEAD WITH LOVE .”

The ceremony ended with the singing of the School Anthem by the new Student Council.
