An orientation programme was organised for the teachers with an aim to create effective mentors. Resource person Fr. Gregory Pinto provided valuable insights on the potentials of a good teacher with his words and lively examples. His thought-provoking and enlightening presentations made the teachers reflect on their short comings and strong holds.
