The Christmas season is an excellent time for students to unwind and have fun. The Christmas Celebration was held on the 20th of December . The programme began with a Prayer Service , which was followed by various competitions for the students to spread the festive cheer of Christmas like the CAROL SINGING COMPETITION , CHRISTMAS SYMBOL COMPETITION and A LANTERN MAKING COMPETITION. Santa’s arrival with jingling bells followed by melodious carols and hands up in the air cheered the souls of the students and made the celebration grand.

The principal expressed her delight on seeing such enthusiasm in the children. She enlightened students to follow the path of brotherhood and humanity to maintain global peace, progress and prosperity. The children were given christmas gifts. The programme concluded on a joyful note with the festive spirit and invincible excitement among the students.

After the students went home , the teachers proceeded to the hall for their celebrations , where each section of the school sang carols . The day was enlivened by the “Joy of giving act “,wherein everyone gifted each other by playing ‘Secret Santa’ and were then treated with some christmas sweets. The programme ended with everyone bidding adieu to the year, with a hope that the coming year would bring good health and happiness for one and all.
